The sanitary self-priming pump is specially designed to handle the suction material whose liquid level is lower than the pump inlet and the conveying of fluid material containing a part of the gas. Its self-priming pump casing, pump cover and impeller are all made of high-quality stainless steel 304 or 316L. The motor comes with a stainless steel shroud. The inner surface mirror polishing roughness Ra0.28um. The outer cover is brushed and matt. Fully comply with GMP requirements.

Self-priming pump is a self-priming centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, stable operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long life, and strong self-priming capacity. There is no need to install the bottom valve in the pipeline, and only need to ensure that there is quantitative liquid injection in the pump body before working. Different liquids can use different materials of self-priming pump.

working principle

If the suction liquid level is below the impeller, it should be pre-filled with water when starting, which is very inconvenient. In order to store water in the pump, a bottom valve needs to be installed at the inlet of the suction pipe. When the pump is working, the bottom valve causes a large hydraulic loss. The so-called self-priming pump does not need to be irrigated before starting (the first start after installation still needs to be irrigated). After a short time of operation, the pump itself can suck up the water and put it into normal work.
